ACTION REQUIRED: Participant statement delivery will be converting to digital delivery effective June 30, 2017.
Please Login to the Participant Web using your UserID and Password , select Personal Info.
From the Dashboard Screen click on the cog wheel on right side click Email.
Enter a valid email address (Home, office, or other) select the option to receive Statements electronically. After the election, select the Submit button.
If you prefer to continue to receive a paper statement your account will be charged $2.00 per quarter.
