• SENIOR RETIREMENT PLAN DOCUMENT ADMINISTRATOR
• In this position you will process plan conversions and plan deconversions, internally and externally. The position will also deal with the following: new and takeover plan set ups, internal conversions, plan and service termination work.
• SENIOR RETIREMENT PLAN CONSULTANT
• As an ERISA consultant, you will focus on the documentation, correction, regulatory compliance testing, annual filing preparation, contribution calculation and termination of ERISA and non-qualified retirement plans. You will work with 401(K), 457 (b), 403 (b) and Defined Benefit plans.
• PLAN CONVERSION SPECIALIST
• In this position you will process plan conversions and plan deconversions, internally and externally. The position will also deal with the following: new and takeover plan set ups, internal conversions, plan and service termination work.
• PLAN ACCOUNT MANAGER
• As a Plan Account Manager (PAM) you will manage the relationship between BCG and its clients (brokers, plan sponsors, participants, mutual fund contacts, trustees) via phone, email and/or face-to-face.
  
  Type of plans to be managed by an employee in this position would consist of, but is not limited to, the following: 401(k), Profit Sharing Only, Money Purchase & Safe Harbor. Case Load: 150-250 active plans (small-mid size plans).
• PARTICIPANT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
• To assist participants with inquiries regarding their respective retirement plans. Act as a resource person for problem resolutions concerning participant issues. Communicate with other BCG departments to attain and/or provide information. Interacts with plan participants and internal departments in a professional and timely manner.
• DISTRIBUTION ADMINISTRATOR
• The purpose of this position is to perform the processing of all types of distributions within the department.
